Absolutely fucking hating work

Every day I try to remind myself that this shit doesn't matter. Reports, spreadsheets, office politics, etc. It's all totally meaningless. There is no point in getting upset or overwhelmed by meaningless shit. I am here to get a paycheck and health/dental. So I do the work.

Realizing the insignificance of your job is actually quite freeing.

Then I remind myself of what DOES matter. That is so clear these days. And that is why I am here every day. And everything is okay.

These reminders help the bullshit roll off my back.

I was angry when I started this post. But now I'm calm and smiling inside.

i wish i could work alone. that way i wouldn't have to hear the new guy (who would have been a great yuppie in the '80s) mention every 5 minutes that he just got a new 50" plasma.

Work sucks. I've been cut back to 32 hours a week for the past 2 months and in that time I have found 2 jobs in my field...wish me luck as I had an interview last Friday and Monday...I should hear something by the end of the week.

I started a new job this week. I was officially oriented today so tomorrows my first day on the road. I'm sure working as an emt in Dorchester I'll have some stories for you guys soon enough.

Don't listen to him Sasky!! Pregnant Sasky is hot!! Plus, I have a few ex's that look FANTASTIC after a kid or two. They look every bit as good now, as they ever did.

My job got phased out, and instead of laying me off they put me in the mail room. So now I'm a 27 year old intern. It gives me lots of time to focus on the things that really matter. Work is certainly not one of them.

I loved me cleaning job for the same reason when I was younger.
